Can you believe we are halfway through the year already!
As we head into July, let's take a look at what happened in the market last month:
-The median sales price in San Diego County is still up 3% from last year at this time.
-Inventory is up 20% from last year which is giving buyers more options, though we are still seeing multiple offers and bidding wars at some price points.
-The amount of properties sold is down 18% from June 2018 to June 2019.
